I’ll never forget the “all in this together” dance. Performed that for a fifth grade talent show or something like that… The arm pumping and clapping was so deeply engrained within my psyche I’ll probably be doing it at random till I’m 80. And I remember thinking our lead dancer was so amazing for memorizing the dance by heart just from watching the movies! Had no idea there was a dance tutorial lol.

First daughter was better I think for a storybook romantic movie/ending, Chasing Liberty was a fun upbeat movie with a great soundtrack. First daughter tried some rebelliousness whereas Chasing Liberty was rebelliousness. Both were very fun to watch, and Katie Holmes and Mandy Moore are both gorgeous! Eye candy for both genders with the love interests.🙃

when i see models and actresses do these vids they always talk about super minute details about their faces they dont like, and have like 50 step routines and painful expensive facials it makes me glad i don't have a career that centers on my body because i feel it would present a level of scrutiny and insecurity that would be really damaging to my mental health...if you rely on your image to get work (not a dig at them, that's the nature of their careers) of course youre going to be super conscious of the fact one brow is 2 millimeters higher than the other.

i would really suggest listening to a broadway recording if you like the movie. The movie is nostalgic for me, Emmy Rossum was beautiful, and the set and costumes were nice. But I wouldnt say the movies vocals are great in comparison...(this happens a lot when musicals are adapted as movies and they cast people who are primarily actors and not singer-actors)
